Recipes Soto Medan


Ingredients:
1 chicken, cut in 2 parts
2 stalks lemongrass, white taken, crushed
4 lime leaves, discarded bones
2 bay leaves
2 cm galangal, crushed
11 / 2 tablespoons salt
1 / 2 teaspoon sugar
1500 ml thin coconut milk (the juice of thick coconut milk)
500 ml thick coconut milk from 1 coconut
2 tablespoons cooking oil


Spices:
12 red onions
6 cloves garlic
1 tablespoon coriander
1 / 2 teaspoon cumin
1 teaspoon pepper
2 cm ginger
2 cm turmeric, baked

Complement:
4 boiled eggs
2 tomatoes
150 grams of boiled potatoes, cut into pieces
Fried chips
2 tablespoons fried shallots

Directions:
1. Heat oil. Saute spices, bay leaves, galangal, and lemongrass until fragrant. Add chicken. Stir until it changes color.
2. Pour the thin coconut milk. Bring to a boil. Add salt. Cook until chicken is cooked. Lift. Drain.
3. Fry the chicken until the skin. Suwir-suwir.
4. Pour the thick coconut milk. Bring to a boil again.
5. Serve with a complement.
