Chicken Sechuan

This recipe I got from my friend from Indonesia. food is quite popular there. taste delicious dishes that are served is indeed very interesting to cook my interest and I will tell you all about how delicious this dish.

Ingredients:

1. 250 gr chicken fillet, diced

2. 2 cloves garlic, grated

3. 2 cm ginger, grated

4. 1 / 2 teaspoon salt

5. 1 / 2 teaspoon pepper

6. 3 cloves garlic, roughly chopped

7. 1 piece deaf

8. 1 / 2 red bell pepper, cut into

9. 5 pieces of dried red chili, cut into 2 cm

10. 2 tbsp oyster sauce

11. 4 tsp soy sauce

12. 1 / 2 tsp soy sauce

13. 1 / 4 tsp black pepper

14. 1 / 4 tsp sugar

15. 250 ml water

16. 50 g fried cashews

17. 1 tbsp oil, for sauteing


Method:

1. Marinate chicken with garlic, ginger, salt and pepper. Let stand 30 minutes.

2. And deaf Tumias garlic until fragrant.

3. Add red pepper and dried chilli. Saute until wilted.

4. Add chicken, stir until it changes color.

5. Add oyster sauce, soy sauce, soy sauce, black pepper, and sugar. Mix well.

6. Pour water and cook until absorbed. Enter cashews. Mix well.

7. Cuisine ready to be served.
