Mashed Potato Mushroom Sauce

Mashed potato with Mushroom Sauce is a full-protein diet and nutrition. a typical mushroom flavor. will be able to pamper your tongue. so do not hesitate and try this food and you can enjoy it whenever and wherever.

Material:
1. 500 g peeled potatoes
2. 1 chicken broth (can also use chicken stock powder and brewed with hot water)
3. 100 ml heavy cream
4. 1 / 2 teaspoon salt
5. 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
6. 2 cloves garlic, grated, finely chopped
7. 1 / 2 onion bulbs, cut crosswise 


Mushroom Sauce Ingredients:
1. Canned mushrooms, sliced

2. 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
3. 1 clove bw. white, finely chopped
4. 1 / 2 tbsp plain flour
5. 150 ml of liquid milk
6. chicken broth
7. powdered salt to taste
8. cheddar cheese, grated 


Additional:
1. Carrots & box frozen peas (ready to buy at the supermarket)

2. Frozen corn kernels (ready to buy at the supermarket)

3. 1 Broccoli florets


How to make Mushroom Sauce:
1. Melt butter, saute bw. until fragrant white


2. Enter the mushrooms, saute until cooked, add chicken stock powder and salt


3. Enter the flour and stir


4. Add milk gradually, stirring until evenly viscosity, put grated cheddar cheese and stir.


5. Lift,
 

Method:
1. Boil carrots, peas and frozen corn, until soft, set aside.


2. Boiled Broccoli (but not too long yes), set aside.


3. Boil broth, add bw.bombay & potatoes into the broth. Boil potatoes until soft, remove from heat.


4. Potato puree


5. Heat the butter on low heat, saute bw.putih, enter the thick cream, salt and pepper. Stir until medidih, lift


6. Pour stir into potato mixture little by little, while in the mix until blended.


7. Place the mashed potato on a plate, coat with mushroom sauce. Serve with carrots, peas, corn and broccoli. 


8. Mashed potato ready to eat.
