Huzarensla

Huzarensla. These foods have very high protein because the main ingredients in this dish is fresh vegetables. These foods can be a menu that is perfect for those of you who love to proteins and can be used as the main menu for you who like a diet.

Material:

1. 1 / 2 fruit (90 grams) Japanese cucumber, seeded, cut into cubes

2. 1 teaspoon vinegar

3. 1 tablespoon granulated sugar

4. 1 piece (150 grams) potatoes, boiled, cut into cubes,

5. fry 1 fruit (100 grams) poor apples, peeled,

6. salt water soak 1 / 2 pineapple,

7. cut into cubes 1 piece (90 grams) carrot,

8. cut into cubes, boil 8 pieces green beans, cut into 1 cm,

9. 2 pieces of boiled beef burgers,

Dressing Ingredients:

1. 100 g mayonnaise

2. 1 teaspoon lemon juice

Directions:

1. Stir Japanese cucumber with vinegar and sugar. Let stand in refrigerator until wilted. Set aside.

2. Mix dressing ingredients.

3. Tata potatoes, apples, pineapple, pickled cucumber, carrots, green beans, beef burgers, and leaf lettuce.

4. Add dressing. Mix well. Serve.
