Ingredients:
1. Has 750 grams of beef, cut into 3 cm transverse fiber
2. 1 tbsp oil, for sauteing
3. 200 ml water
4. 2 pieces of medium-size cucumber, thinly sliced crosswise
5. 1 cm ginger, finely chopped
Soaking:
- 4 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons cooking oil
- 4 stems coriander root, crushed
- 1 tbsp black pepper powder
- 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
How to Make
- Brush the steaks with the marinade, let stand for 15 minutes.
- Stir-fry until half cooked marinated meat, give water. Cook until the meat is cooked. Lift the meat, then thinly sliced meat. Set aside.
- Place the cucumber slices on a plate, then give the meat slices on top.
- Boil the meat sauce, add the ginger, add the remaining marinade.
- Pour sauce over meat, sprinkle with coriander leaves. Serve.
