Ingredients:
1. 4 tail soft-shelled crab (soft shell crab)
2. 4 cloves garlic, crushed
3. 50 grams cornstarch
4. 100 grams of wheat flour
5. 1 tsp pepper powder
6. 1 ½ tsp salt
7. 2 eggs, beaten off
8. Oil for frying
How to Make Flour Fried Crab Recipes:
- Rinse and soft-shelled crabs, remove the gills. Cut the soft shelled crab into 4 parts. Set aside.
- Mix the garlic, cornstarch, flour, pepper and salt. Mix well.
- Dip crabs into egg, then roll into flour mixture until blended. Fry in hot oil until cooked and a lot of brown. Remove and drain. Dining with chilli sauce or lemon sauce.
