CRAB FRIED FLOUR

Crab FRIED Flour is a very delicious food. because the taste is savory and crisp. let alone eaten with sauce. Ehmm ... taste sensation that is outside the usual stuff that you proleh of these foods.

Ingredients:

1. 4 tail soft-shelled crab (soft shell crab)
2. 4 cloves garlic, crushed
3. 50 grams cornstarch
4. 100 grams of wheat flour
5. 1 tsp pepper powder
6. 1 ½ tsp salt
7. 2 eggs, beaten off
8. Oil for frying


 


How to Make Flour Fried Crab Recipes:

  • Rinse and soft-shelled crabs, remove the gills. Cut the soft shelled crab into 4 parts. Set aside.
  • Mix the garlic, cornstarch, flour, pepper and salt. Mix well.
  • Dip crabs into egg, then roll into flour mixture until blended. Fry in hot oil until cooked and a lot of brown. Remove and drain. Dining with chilli sauce or lemon sauce.
