Ingredients:
1. 100 gr chocolate powder
2. 1 1 / 2 liter of fresh milk
3. 200 gr sugar
4. 2 packets of agar - white powder
5. Btr 4 egg yolks (beaten)
Directions:
1. Dissolve cocoa powder with a little milk.
2. Cook the remaining milk with sugar and powdered gelatin
3. Add brown solution into it, cook until boiling.
4. Take a little dough and pour the milk into the beaten egg, mix well.
5. Pour mixture back into the milk, boil until boiling.
6. Remove and stir - stir until the steam is lost.
7. Pour into molds that have been soaked in water.
8. Allow it to harden, store in refrigerator.
9. Serve the pudding in a cold state ..
