ketoprak

ketoprak. oh I can not say another word for this dish. because it feels incredible. for you who love Indonesian food cobain dech do not forget this meal.

Ingredients:
  • 5 Tofu white size 6x6x2 cm
  • 50 grams of rice noodles, soak in cold water until tender, drain
  • 250 grams so yummy, siangi, wash clean and •brewing time with hot water, drain
  • 4 pieces of ketupat
Sauce:
  • 250 grams of peanut, FRY and puree
  • 6 cloves garlic
  • 5 pieces of red pepper, fried briefly
  • 100 ml warm water
  • 1 tsp salt
  • Sweet soy sauce to taste
 
    Complement:
    • Fried, sliced onion, celery and Red crackers
    How to make:
    1. Fried tofu half-baked, lift, drain and cut according to taste.
    2. Sauce: puree garlic with chilli and salt, add the beans, puree. Enter the water and sweet soy sauce, mix well, set aside.
    3. Prepare pinggan, ketupat, rice vermicelli, so yummy, and tofu. Pour the sauce give a sweet soy sauce, sprinkle fried onion slices, celery, and crackers.
    4. Serve hot.
