Ingredients:
1. 300 gr chicken fillet, cut into 2x2 cm
2. 2 cloves garlic, crushed
3. 1 / 2 onion, cut into 1.5x1.5 cm
4. 2 cm ginger, chopped
5. 100 g mushroom, cut into pieces
6. 1 / 2 red bell pepper, cut long rather wide
7. 1 / 2 green bell pepper cut into rather wide
8. 100 grams of broccoli that have been cut into pieces
9. 1 tbsp oyster sauce
10. 1 / 2 teaspoon pepper
11. 1 / 2 teaspoon salt
12. 1 / 2 tsp sugar
13. 1 tablespoon sesame oil
14. 1 tablespoon angciu
15. 300 ml water
16. 2 tsp + 2 tsp cornstarch water to thicken
17. 2 tablespoons margarine for sauteing
Directions:
1. Saute garlic, onions, and ginger until fragrant. Add chicken. Stir until it changes color.
2. Add mushroom and paprika. Stir until wilted.
3. Enter the broccoli. stir until it changes color.
4. Season oyster sauce, pepper powder, salt and sugar and stir well.
5. Pour water. Cook until done. Enter the sesame oil and angciu. Mix well.
6. Thicken with cornstarch solution. Cook until bubbling.
