Mousse Chiffon Eggs



Masaakn typical Spanish is worth a try.
Tasty and healthy.

Ingredients:
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 onion, finely chopped
1 piece red bell pepper, finely chopped
1 piece of red chili, finely chopped


1 can tomatoes
2 tablespoons tomato paste
1 / 2 teaspoon salt
4 eggs
4 slices salami
1 tablespoon parsley, finely chopped

How to Make:
 
1. Saute onions, peppers, chili, tomatoes, salt, tomato paste, and olive oil. Once wilted, pour in a heat resistant dish.
2. Make the holes, then break the eggs one by one into the hole. Cover eggs with salami.
3. Bake for 30 minutes, remove and sprinkle parsley.
4. Serve warm.
