Hashbrown Acid Contents of Meat with Spicy Sauce


Ingredients:
300 grams potatoes
200 grams of minced meat
75 grams of wheat flour
2 egg yolks
350 cc cooking oil
   Pepper and salt to taste
 
   Acid Spicy Sauce:
75 cc tomato sauce
Pineapple juice 30 cc
2 tablespoons Tabasco

How to Make :
 
1. Boil the potatoes in a Sauce Pan Tchef until slightly soft. Remove, then peel skin.
2. Grate potatoes using Maxi Tupperware Handy Grater.
3. Heat Tchef Fry Pan, saute ground beef until golden brown and cooked.
4. Mix the grated potatoes, chopped meat, egg yolks, flour, pepper and salt
into the Tupperware Modular Bowl. Stir until blended.
5. Shape dough Hashbrown (square, triangle, circle), then fried until golden and cooked.
6. Make a spicy sour sauce: Combine tomato sauce, pineapple juice and tabasco
into a Tupperware Quick Shake. Whisk until blended.
7. Hashbrown Serve with spicy sour sauce while warm.
