Avocado Sandwich

Avocado! Fat in the avocado helps reduce levels of "bad cholesterol" or LDL cholesterol and raise "good cholesterol" or HDL, thus significantly reduce the risk of stroke and heart attack.

Ingredients:
6 pieces of Fresh Bread
6 ripe avocados, peeled and cut into pieces
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
1 tablespoon sweetened condensed milk
3 pieces of cheese slices


How to prepare:
 
1. Mix the mayonnaise with sweet condensed milk in a Tupperware container Soup Bowl, mix well and set aside.

 
2. Take a piece of bread, spread with mayonnaise mixture and then arrange the avocado and cheese slices on top, then cover again with the bread.


3. Serve with using Tupperware Serving Platter or to lunch with Small Square Round Tupperware container.
